What We Do

Our Programmes

Our aim is to even the playing field of opportunity by providing young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, experiences & locations with as fair a chance as their peers with a greater advantage (due to experience, class or social status). We do this through mentoring programmes, workshops and motivational talks providing a holistic approach to personal development and wellbeing .

Wellbeing Workshops

We provide safe, engaging, and interactive spaces where young people can develop essential emotional and mental health skills.

Topics include:

5

Self-Esteem & Self-Awareness

– helping young people understand their worth, build confidence, and develop a healthy self-identity.
5

Stress Management

– equipping young people with practical coping strategies to handle academic, social, and family pressures.

5

Managing Emotions

– teaching emotional regulation, resilience, and mindfulness to reduce anxiety and impulsive behaviours.
5

Navigating Transitions

– supporting young people through key life stages such as moving schools, leaving care, entering work, or adulthood.

5

Effective Communication

Impact:

Improved emotional literacy, reduced anxiety and stress, and stronger resilience. Young people leave with practical strategies for emotional wellbeing and the confidence to face challenges head-on.

Key areas include:

Decision-Making & Problem-Solving

– making responsible choices and considering long-term consequences.
5

Financial Literacy

– managing money, budgeting, and understanding financial responsibility.
5

Career & Employability Skills

– CV writing, interview preparation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
5

Character Building

– developing discipline, integrity, perseverance, and empathy.
5

Digital Responsibility

– safe and healthy use of social media and technology.
